one word though, i think you're missing a joint in her legs. but i think everyone draws them differently.

Not a big fan of draenei gals, but you made this one look good.
The palette, detailing all of it up top is superlative, but the treatment of the legs really distracts me from the rest of the picture.
Anatomically, she would need to have an ankle above her hoof- The fact that it's basically a human leg with a hoof tacked onto it not only messes with the overall proportion of the figure (making her about a head too short), but it unbalances the entire flow of the picture.
